This Leylines deck was the highlight of the SCG weekend for me. Steven Wu was a great sport to such a ridiculous deck concept.

Opalessence is a great kill. Helm is not a good secondary kill. Hero of bladehold is way better. Both green leylines and leyline of the meek are live. There are no dead leylines in the deck. Hero of bladehold is uncounterable given the green leyline and played at instant speed with the blue leyline. It’s also toughness and cc 4 making it immune to abrupt decay and bolt too. His tokens pump with 7 of the leylines in the deck. It also plays with Serra sanctum just like the primary kill opalessence. “Meek leylines” Leylines-18 4x leyline of sanctity 4x leyline of lifeforce 4x leyline of the meek 3x leyline of anticipation 3x leyline of vitality Kills-8 4x opalessence 4x hero of bladehold Get Serra’s sanctum-8 4x crop rotation 4x serum powder Flex slots-5 3x stifle 2x brainstorm Lands-21 4x Serra’s sanctum 4x mana confluence 2x forest 2x windswept heath 2x misty rainforest 3x tropical island 2x tundra 2x savannah Sideboard: 4x suppression field 4x faith’s shield 4x mana tithe 2x brainstorm 1x stifle The four fetches can come out for suppression fields.
