All you have to do is jump on the scales, match your weight onto the bar (If you can’t squat this weight, then try to get as close as you physically can, the aim is to challenge yourself, not hurt yourself), get someone to spot you so they can take the weight of the bar behind you if you need help, do as many reps safely as you can within 1 minute.
Then upload your video, tag @puregymofficial #SCHChallenge , nominate 2 people to give it a go and you could be in the chance of winning 1 of these great prizes by taking part. Winners will be picked at random from the hashtag on the 5th of March.
