This spring, the Biden Administration's Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) opened a time-limited public comment period for members of the American public to weigh in on their proposal to reschedule marijuana from Schedule I to Schedule III of the CSA. In this workshop, advocates and the public will learn how to submit a public comment to the DEA in support of ending federal marijuana criminalization by advocating for marijuana descheduling.
