For making schezwan sauce -
1. 6-7 dry Kashmiri red chilly
2. 1 chopped big tomato
3. 2 tbsp oil
4. 5-6 chopped basil leaves
5. ¼ cup chopped red capsicum
6. ½ tsp salt
7. ¼ tsp black pepper powder
8. ½ tsp dry ginger powder
9. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
10. ½ tsp sugar
11. 1 tsp lemon juice
12. 1 tsp soya sauce
For making batter-
1. ¾ cup corn flour
2. ¼ cup all purpose flour
3. 1 tsp salt
4. ¼ tsp black pepper powder
5. 1 tsp baking powder
6. ½ cup +1 tbsp water
*oil for fry the veggies
For coating the fry veggies in the sauces-
1. 1 tbsp oil
2. 2 chopped green chilly
3. ¼ cup finely chopped cabbage
4. ¼ cup finely chopped French beans
5. 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander stems
6. ¼ tsp dry ginger powder
7. ¼ tsp black pepper powder
8. ¼ cup water
9. 2-3 tbsp jain schezwan sauce
10. 1 tsp vinegar
11. 1.5 tbsp jain tomato sauce
12. 1 tsp soya sauce
13. ½ tsp salt
14. Chopped coriander leaves
15. 1-2 tsp white sesame seeds
