Ingredients and preparation:
RECIPE 1:
700g carp fish
¼ lemon
½ teaspoon coriander
½ teaspoon thyme

1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ carrot
1 small pepper
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons cornmeal (or wheat flour)
300ml of water

Bay leaf

Serve with crispy potatoes:
600 grams of potatoes
25 ml vegetable oil
25 grams of butter
Fry for 3-4 minutes on high heat without stirring
½ teaspoon garlic powder
The combination of potatoes with butter and garlic is very tasty

150 g cornmeal
150 grams of wheat flour
You can add your favorite spices
Mix the fish well with the flour
Heat a frying pan with oil for frying

Remove excess flour
Submerge the fish in water, shaking off excess water
Then put in the pan
Make sure that no water drips into the oil
Fry the fish over medium-high heat until tender, about 4-6 minutes per side
Do the same with the second portion of fish
