Recipe for bread in a pan.
300 ml of warm water.
1 tablespoon of sugar.
5 grams of dry yeast.
We mix.
450 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
40 ml sunflower oil.
Cover with a lid and cook over low heat for 15 minutes until golden brown.
We remove the cover.
parchment paper.
Turn with a plate.
Cover with a lid and cook for another 10 minutes over low heat.
Enjoy your meal!

I'm from Altoona Pennsylvania USA. My grandmother baked her own bread every other week. All different size loaves and rolls. She made and cut her own egg noodles. Once they dried enough she boiled beef, my favorite or added them to chicken. I grew up with her and take out food. Take out is so overrated. Thanks, she just put the ingredients together, she just knew how much no recipes unfortunately. Thanks for sharing.

Video looks to me like this recipe used white flour. The recipe in the "show me" section" specifies wheat flour. That could be anything from white to whole wheat, but I would try it with white first since that would likely get you the best results. I have been baking bread for more than 50 years, so I have some experience under my belt. What I like about this recipe is that only a stove top is used. Not everyone has an oven, so it expands a baker's possibilities.
