Hörður Einarsson, Case Ready Consultant, demonstrates Marel’s Schnitzel Line - a complete processing line producing full texture, naturally shaped schnitzels.
The line starts with deboning and trimming using Marel’s StreamLine. Portioning then takes place using the high performance I-Cut 55 Portion Cutter. After this the unique Platino Flattener simulates the old fashioned meat hammer to flatten and tenderize. This is followed with battering and breading. Finally schnitzels are loaded into trays and labeled.
