Hello! This is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom starter home priced at §17,912 (this includes the price of the art work and the home shows as slightly less on the gallery) built on Bedlington Boathouse in Brindleton Bay. Place this home on the original lot or a lot priced at §2k Simoleon or less for a no money cheat start for a single sim.
Play Notes
Click on the side door and lock it if random sims are walking through the house.
It is no longer necessary to use the move objects cheat when placing lots built with the cheat on, however, I still recommend placing lots from the lot and not the world map. It is also better to place the lot on the lot it was built on, placing on another lot can change terrain paint and cause objects to disappear. If objects still disappear, enable moveobjects

Such a lovely n yet cosy starter home. 😍 My favourite type, I love building them it’s such a nice challenge specially when using one pack in combo with base game ofcourse😁. Great way to build the stairs, they can be so tricky specially in a small build👌🏼. Like how you did the roofing n use of platforms in various shapes. Great editing n chosen music perfect n extremely enjoyable. The way you showed “The move” so endearing specially with mum making painting her little girl in two stages 😍. Thank you for a refreshingly new Halloween story at the end. Girl you nailed it again, you never ever disappoint me au contraire they are BRILLIANT !!! 🤩👌🏼🤗
