The legacy of devoted Knight nurse and faculty member Joyce DeGennaro, who passed away in 2020 after a brave battle with breast cancer, will live on and continue to impact nursing students with a new endowed scholarship.
More than 140 family, friends and alumni donated to support the creation of the Joyce DeGennaro Memorial Endowed Scholarship for undergraduate nursing students at the UCF College of Nursing.
