The plaintiff’s son goes to school with the defendant’s son. She claims the defendant’s son is a bully who assaulted her son. As a result of the assault, the plaintiff says her son suffered a concussion, spent the night in the hospital, and missed seven days of school. She is suing for the ambulance fees. The defendant claims their two sons have been friends for years. She says the plaintiff’s son instigated the fight on the day of the incident, and that her son only acted in self-defense.

You can tell everything about the kids behavior by their mothers behavior in court. Plaintiff: Mom is articulate, composed, and direct with her account of what happened. Defendant: Mom laughs, rolling her eyes, heated and argumentative. You can see her son smiling.

My brother had a bully twice his size, one day he came home with a blacked eye and some bruises, we asked him what happened, he said he hit a pole, after dinner, I go to his room to ask what really happened cause i know fight injury when i see one, he just started crying and after some time told me everything, apparently he had some bullies that have been picking on him for several months now, the next day i went to the boys who bullied him and ask them to stop, and the craziest shit happen, the bullies tried to pick a figt with me, I'm 26 and serve in the military, these guys are like 14-15, and boy oh boy, I did not even had to lift my hand 😂

From my own personal experience, teachers and staff are completely pointless when dealing with bullies. They go tell the bully that it's not okay to bully other children, turn their heads, and the bully does it harder and more often. Only thing that got rid of my bullies is kicking their ass. I get a meeting with the principal and my parents, tell the staff that they were worthless to the situation, get slapped with 3 days of either ISS or OSS, and on the day I come back the bully is looking the other way.

This is a good lesson for all parents of a bullied child. Instead of telling your child to fight back, you should sue the bully’s parents for not handling their child and not teaching them right & wrong. When a bully parents hear that they’re getting sued, that’ll give them the incentive to do their parental duties and correct their child.

Big facts also the body language of her son is a clear sign that he was the one at fault. Now maybe the other boy did provoke him but I doubt it was enough for him to be hospitalized. Also that boy looked like he was held back for 3 years. Most likely due to him being suspended from school for beating up little kids nit even half his size. I'm tall and I know that nobody shorter then me would try something unless I provoked them, or they have anger issues. Even still I would have to be really pressed to make sure they are hospitalized but if that were the case, I would also have marks since it would be a scrap. That behemoth had nothing on him meaning it wasn't a scrap. That boy most likely got him from behind and hit him with something

Mr Otaku that’s BULLSHIT. You don’t have to get in a physical fight to defend yourself. Also YES ITS TOXIC to bully someone cause you don’t like them. I have a similar story, back in seventh grade. A few weeks before summer statred. I have been bullied from the 2nd to the 7th grade. Think about it, all those years I have been silenced and bullied by a kid who saw me as a piece of shit, called me slurs, took my friends away, sexually assaulted me, and blamed everything on me. It was P.E. class and our instructor wasn't there. THe bully and his friend were jumping up the volleyball net. Since it was lowered to the ground level, both him and his friend were making fun of me and again, calling me slurs. The last thing I remember is me seeing a kid pull the string, lifting up the net, from there, I had vivid memories cut off causing me to have a severe concussion. As I was lifted up, my PE teacher woke me up and said I had blacked out for more than an hour. I have been told that the shoe was stuck to the string from the volley ball net, causing me to have made a flip and having my head smack down on to the cement floor. Young me, I couldn't remember what happened. A few weeks later, I was starting to remember what had happened... This bully and his friend, along with all my classmates were laughing and surrounded me. An embarrassing experience. I woke up and as I was sent to the hospital. I couldn't remember anything at all. For a whole month, I was vomiting 3 times a week, due to the pain. As my school did nothing, the principle did nothing, no report, no police, no parent teacher conference, nor a letter of apology. As soon as I approached the guy that pulled the string, I decided to not be violent and forgive him, but as I'm still alive and doing well, the bully that had affected my physical and mental health, never showed up and never apologized. So, Savion Johnson, if you are reading this, I suggest you apologize for the inappropriate behavior, racial slurs, and for touching my lower body on the last day of school before graduation in elementary school. I still haven't forgotten you and I wish to never see you again.

@@quaranfree6584 probably wouldn't have been turned down. Dental fees, ambulance, hospital fees especially overnight stays are expensive! I'm sure her insurance covered those fees and that's why she isn't suing for it. All together it would have easily cost almost 15k

“Hit him with some books” Dominare: 👁️👄👁️
@dr.100purrscent5
@dr.100purrscent5 6 ай бұрын
This was sad. The Mother of the Bully, Dominear, has groomed her son into being a Neighborhood Terrorist. Which only guarantees him a life of pain and regret. He will suffer from her ignorance and lack of compassion. As we all know, the World doesn't take too kindly to Wild Black Male Bullies. Their life expectancy averages between age 27-35 before something violent takes their life. I hope that Dominear crosses the path of a Mentor(s) who can influence the positive aspects of his character rather than ignoring his self destructive behavior. Unfortunately, his Mother is too immature to parent him into a healthy adulthood. I hope he can find Peace with that someday. The young boy he Bullied will be okay, and grow into a fine Young Man. He will make many people proud of him. He will do good things and put energy towards work that will help many people. He will grow and become a Good Father figure when the time comes. He will call many friend "Brother" and mean it from his Heart. His Mother will be proud of the Man she raised and will know she did right by him and that her personal sacrifices were not in vain. She will have Peace & Joy. The Mother of the Bully will struggle for closeness as she ages, but will not be honest as to why she is lonely... Even though she will know exactly why. This case was not her 1st offense, nor will it be her last. She is determined to not face her demons, nor take accountability. It will handicap her. It will look sad when she becomes old. There is hope for her Son to change, but she has given him hard curses to break without many tools to use. As much as I am appauled by his behavior, I pray that he sees The Light before the Shadow sets into too permanantly.
