As a truck driver: there are things called ac power units , you can buy 1and hook it up to your batteries. It works well.

You can also do a whole lot with a 5-gallon bucket and a Jerrycan

At the time we didn't have our own power or water. We had a hose coming in the window to connect to the washer, 5 gallon jug we filled every other day for drinking water, and an extension cord for plugging in wherever we were staying, also coming in through the window. As well as that generator you can see at the end we got for free because it was broken. We never did fix it... lol

They skipped over it to make it look cheaper than it actually was

Our solar system we have was 14,000 but we didn't have one. We didn't have power, just an extension cord we plugged in where ever we stayed.

no cdl required once it is decommissioned. Ours ran great but that was feb 2020 when we buy so prices have definitely gone up by since early 2020. Ours did not need tires but after 3 years we just replaced 2 that were starting to dry rot a bit from sun exposure. $1200 for 2 new tires installed.

We used our emergency bus window because it opens out. So we just put it in the window with a board holding it in place :D

Back when we originally made this video in 2020, we had an extension cord for power, 5 gallon jug for drinking water and a hose for running the washer. Bathroom was the public facilities where we were staying :D

At the time, we have free power staying on a community garden in exchange for labor. We plugged an extension cord in to run our things. Water we had a 5 gallon jug we filled up for $1.25 every other day for drinking water and a water hose for running stuff like the washer. We had no rent at the time since we worked 1 day a week on a garden so much of our groceries were free out the garden. The bus came running great as the seller was a bus mechanic. He had already changed all the fluids and it had great tires on it. Now days the bus has had over 35k invested into it. We have now lived in it for 4 years and pay $620 a month at a campground all utilities included. Any other questions or concerns? Thanks so much!
