Back in the 1970's and 80's, Schoolhouse Rock! was a popular series of educational shorts airing on Saturday mornings between childrens' cartoons. One of my favorites was always "I'm Just a Bill," about the journey an idea takes to become a bill, and that a bill takes to become a law. In 1996, the original song was covered by the Deluxx Folk Implosion as part of the Schoolhouse Rock! Rocks compilation album, featuring remakes by popular artist of the time. Here, that 1996 version is heard married up to the original animation from the 1970's era short. Enjoy! Thanks for watching!
