Bhaiya U lost 3.8 kgs in 2 days which is not bad. Keep going. U r following a diet of jst fruits n veggies n living on that whole day for 7 days really demands determination which u r successfully doing it cos as u said it really not easy for punjabis🤣 over that u r maintaining the balance between diet n walking steps. Good evening sethi family 🙏 i always watch your vlogs from the country of sunrise (japan) . ❤️ i always wake early morning for my work.it’s so difficult to wake up but the feeling when you see the beauty of rising sun is next level. because you do walk while hrida does her skating i want to share that in my work day i walk around 30k steps and it helps me to maintain my weight. because i have to wake-up early so i sleep early too so i can’t watch your vlogs when you upload but i watch it as my morning dose❤️
