I admire this young man so much. My son is 13 & going through it all just now. Diagnosed ASD. This vid has given me Faith in that my son will get through these tough times & come out the other end. What a sensible and great young lad he is , really got a good head on his shoulders . Hopefully bully will be able to get him in touch with some ppl and stuff as it would be great for him to be able to talk to ppl his own age like he said , just typical that the school knocked it back . Honestly for the last 30 at least years they’ve been getting told in schools and bails let ppl who’ve been through it talk to them as police or authorities just make ppl clam up but they but they just won’t listen

Wow am 43 and am aurtistc and have adhd but grow up undiagnosed but always new I was different and my loved ones to always something just not right and just listened to this young lad explaining his struggle gives me flash backs it's the eye contact for me I can't look u in the eyes but if I feel u looking me up and down its then and only then I can look u straight in ya eyes with the intent to really do some damage and that is my aurtistc ways combined with pdsd from all the shit at school just brought it all back but I was no where near as artificial as this kid what inspiration he is gd stuff Billy respect as always 💯👍🙏👊

Hillside and the farm are proper rough estates for a kid to grow up in. It's really sad when you think about the culture they are exposed too. Nathan seems like a good lad and he's moving his life in a positive direction and actually cares enough to give a little back. Fair play to the lad and I hope he is successful in whatever he does. Nobody should experience what he has - especially a young child!. Unfortunately though Billy, I'm really not surprised anymore. We now live in a society were young children carrying knives is the norm!. Liverpool has a horrifying record of notorious child murders. Young children who have died to knife and gun crime!. These really are frightening times now!. I'd like to thank Nathan for sharing his experiences with us and wish him all the best with his ambitions in life. Nathan you can run your workshop from the front , trust me ! You come across perfect and more respectable than half the grown fellas I work with on the daily! You can communicate better than half the police that we see out there. I guarantee if diagnosis was around when I was in school, I would have half the alphabet put in my head. But leaving school I found my routes to a profession, and my own mrs then family. You have a bird and clearly are more articulate than most lads. Trust in yourself not the drs or shrinks who want to put labels on everyone's kids, except there own, for fear of the diagnosis or meds, consciously or unconsciously setting boundaries. Read the success stories of , ranson, sugar, half the SAS , all traits that lend to the path they choose. Never let others influence your ambitions. It's you that will fail or achieve them and there is growth in both outcomes. Smart kid and give me hope with kids myself. If a school can put a label on a kid now, it can mean money for recourses, budgets , and class numbers etc. Yes there is a issue with some , but I much prefer them saying he's a pain in ass to he is on the spectrum ! Spectrum, read the definition of that word! We're all on it , whole planet!

I'm 62 . I'm remember being like this kid. I had three younger brother's to look after in school and on the streets, it was hard. My nature wasn't violent but i had to be that way it was expected. Lucky no weapon's all on the cobbles.✌️☘️
