I love the comparison of learning to the gym. Learning to learn the right way, for the right reasons will give purpose. I have listened to this podcast again and again. It provides lots of insight into real-life learning.I think every teacher should listen, and keep this. Thank you for sharing.

I think this is a must-watch for every school leader that wants a growth mindset for their learners not a grade mindset. We need to guide them and create a welcoming environment for them to achieve greatness truly. Thank you so much sir for this .
