Actually it was U22 , they let guys who born in 1999 pull ( cause previous WAF world was canceled)

It helped those guys get into the world tournament and above 99.9% of humanity. So YES it does help them, it's called different personalities tap power from different areas. If 'those type of people' went all calm and Zen they probably wouldn't be half as good as they are.

One of my favorite memories with my dad is me at 145 lbs beating him in arm wrestling while he weighs about 210 or so. Didn't win with strength, but endurance. I knew I couldn't over power him but I knew if I held on for a minute or two that my exercise style of endurance over pure strength would pay off. Afterwards he immediately threw his left hand up and said let's go lefty! Haha

It's arm wrestling after all, there's only a select few of genuine nice people, while the rest are wannabe fat, chubby gronks who think they're athletes by participating in a sport where the arms are the majority of training. Example, that fatty in the red shirt, look at him scream and get hyped, for what? Maybe if he actually trained in all aspects of his bodily conditions he could win. I'll stick to my MMA, boxing and even dancing. Although I enjoy about 3 arm wrestlers, schoolboy being included, and what's that other white man, I forgot his name

There is a way to beat virtually anyone. I've beaten MMA fighters, 25 Stone men, huge body builders. I was 11 stone. And my arms are really skinny. In fact, they don't stand a chance. The look of disbelief on their faces.

Two observations about the schoolboy: 1. His lower arm is kept close to his upper arm (hence body), this gives him the advantage of using body weight. 2. His wrist is always bent toward himself and that makes it's hard for his opponent.
