OMG I get so stressed when Schoolboy arm wrestles. Congratulations to Aleksandr on this win! I would like to see how Aleksandr does on longer armwrestling practice matches when he carb loads the muscle with glycogen as opposed to not. I would think the glycogen loaded muscle would display noticeably longer staying power. Oral collagen building supplements such as glucosamine, chondritin, along with a good multivitamin and MSM, and peptide BP500 for faster collagen synthesis/strength would seem beneficial in this phase of his bicep tear rehab. God’s blessings to both brothers.

Just fine. The only thing he cares about at this time is improving and getting better and better over the long run. He’s got an unlimited upside and it’s going to fun to see how good he can get. In addition he’s good for the sport with how he handles himself with class integrity and humility. Good for kids to emulate. Too many self centered, egotistical yellers that don’t need to be highlighted
