Nneoma please what's causing this mould there like , normally if snow falls , it's meant to ice or frozen and when Melton it will pass as water , so what brings mould in their road

It’s not mould. The temperature is drastically low so the snow can hardly melt on its own . A special kind of salt is used to melt the snow that’s why the road looks like that. Also the tires of the cars are really dirty 🙃
