One year ago, my mum was dying from a lung cancer. On the last day, I put this song in the hope she could feel better and in peace. I remember a few weeks before, we heard this amazing song together. She wanted me to record it for her. Now it has become the deepest memory of her I have. Life is short, unexpected and not as serious as we present it. I think we all make a mistake to take to seriously our power and life. It will all go with the wind.

That's a very moving comment, J DJ. I suspect you're hearing a deep reality in the music. At this time of his life, Schubert was already ill, poor and largely alone - though this was one of the few late masterpieces that he actually got to hear performed by some friends. Perhaps he felt that, hearing them play it for him. I wish you many more moments with Schubert.

Nothing more when reduced to its physical properties, yet so much human history and so many inexplicable spiritual pathways are explored by Schubert and a very few other of the great composers. Their compositions are built upon physical rules of tempo and pitch, yet they introduce us to realms that are reached by no other means other than, perhaps, psychedelic pharmaceuticals.

Oh ! Monsieur le violoncelliste ! Quelle virtuosité ! Quel bonheur !

I think,it's essential for the ,,growing´´,i wanted to success at this time,to build an own spirit..That's what 90% of today's western society isn't able to. Meravigliosa.

Is there any music more beautiful than this? I doubt. This will follow you through life, and never will it fail. It stands up, it takes care, it comforts. It will be your partner.

@@grevberg Yes Uno, lots of music out there, but what I mean, really, how many tunes has changed your life? This tune changed my life, and I know exactly when it did so. I played it on KZfaq for my sister and her husbond on New Years Eve 2016. And then it changed my life. Because they loved it. Sometimes it is easy.

Try and find the records of both Trios of Schubert (op.99 and op.100) played by the Trio Janigro (so called after the cellist playing (the best in the world ever) - Antonio Janigro. Listen all the Janigro Records you could find.
