I literally slept allday yesterday and was slightly dizzy. When I closed my eyes I saw what looked like the matrix and building outlines going through the grid. Either being duplicated or cleaned. The crown 👑 energy, I don’t typically get headaches now at my age but I have that pressure in what I would label as sinus pressure in the forehead and top. Last night I had that “ water sound” in my ears. This morning I reached out to both my Higher Self and my guide from origin and I heard clearly to not hang on to “feelings” and try to figure out WHY. Why am I feeling this? They told me, just feel it and not judge or hang in to it, stop questing it. I had a massive headache and mouth infection 2 nights ago and a lesser headache yesterday! So hopefully I am a day or two ahead of this! That once strong pressure on top of my head that I had randomly the last 2 years, and it only lasted around 30-45 minutes. Haven’t had that for awhile, till today! You will not believe this, but, last night I tried to project my consciousness to some place that I just found out about. This is to a place call the " Tall Whites" these beings are supposed to be from another world. I put on 432hz tone and set into meditation. I then could see in my mind a room with these being in there. Oddly, I hear a voice in my head saying to me "hello". I thought to my self this is working and answered back, "Sup yall". I know this sounds weird but I thought that if I am going to talk to a being that does not know me, then I should talk the way that I would like to, sorry I regress. The conversation goes on and I am trying to make sure that I am not making this conversation up in my head, so I ask questions that I don't know the answer to. Well, once I did, images came flooding into my mind, they told me to just look at the images and feel which word I gathered from the fleeting images. I did and received some understanding from these images. To make a long story short. They were showing me how to find frequency discrepances on the earths surface and as well the human body. The ones on the earth will show why people are getting cancer in areas and not in other areas. Also when looking at the human body you could find areas on the body that might have problems. Now that I have written this out, I realize that I gathered more information than I have put in this comment. I also have not looked into the shumann freq a lot and I did not know this shumann event was taking place. Question: has anyone else experienced this type of thing? Thanks for listening.

meditated i saw few things, i was conversing with prime creator, GOD, to ask him to test me to prove to myself who i truely am, a oak tree faintly, but then i saw a sword real clearly only saw the blade it looked like any other blade, and then i saw a horse in a lightly wooded area. it was greyish with what looked like freckles. it could have just been muddy too a flag with a dragon, a bear,new growth forestry, and a lion. seems these are all my clues. anyone got any ideas?
