I "stretched" a bmx tire onto the rim of my Schwinn chopper and swapped the front wheel for a 20" and it looks lower and badass

Super nice.did the front forks come with the brakes,or did you have them added on?

The forks are original to the bike.

Looks great! I'm halfway through mine and struggling. Did you have anyone to ask questions to when you ran into problems? Seems like all the activity from the OCC community is from forum posts dating around 2012

@@fullautocare4403 way to go, brother I’m with you, I’m very hesitant to touch an original unmolested OCC chopper, I must admit of all the bikes I’ve owned (at least 15) the OCC chopper is the roughest riding and heaviest bike I’ve ever owned, But absolutely the coolest bike I’ve ever owned. Sometimes cool comes with a cost… best$200 I’ve ever spent on a bicycle. Great for a sunset ride, but not general transportation.

Great job on the paintwork looks sweet. Did you apply the copper directly over the candy green in order to get the effect?

Hi. I used a color changing paint from the store. I put it over a green base. A friend of mine said that if I put it over a matte black base, that the copper comes out a lot more

@@fullautocare4403 so you used a flip tone, ive used many flip tones and pigments over the years gloss blacks usually the base but really depends on what effects you want. Im really impressed with your results, are you using a 2k laquer or just standard spray cans for sealing? keep er lit ;)
