This channel is so amazing!! I have EDS, leg discrepancy, SI joint instability and sciatica. Doctors haven't been able to understand the sciatica. But also have stage 4 knee arthritis, and severe IT band issues. Has taken so long to understand all of this. Thank you.

I've had sacroiliac joint instability for 5 years now that has caused my left leg to be as much as 1 inch longer than my right leg. I go to the chiropractor for an adjustment and it goes back to normal for a day or two and then the discrepancy reappears. This has been going on for 5 years. I'm frustrated with chiropractic therapy at this point. Would you happen to have any suggestions? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

Great video Danielle! That last “kinetic chain” slide looks similar to my situation. Hoping to move back to the US and restart my treatment in the near future. And I hope Dr. Hauser feels better soon!!

My right hip feels tight. My right leg has become shorter because of that. I feel tightness in back of my hips. When i do pigeon strech, it get better for 15 minutes, but after sometime it get back to how it was before ( tight and short). My shoulder tilted towards right, where i have shorter leg. And i feel pain in a nerve in my right leg as well. I don't know what to do. Please help

Thank you! The left side of my pelvis is higher which causes my right leg to be shorter. Could this compress the nerve on the left side of the L5 S1 and mimic stenosis? My MRI shows bilateral exiting neural foraminal stenosis at this point and compression to the left nerve which is causing numbess down my left leg. I don't have any paid, just numbess.

Could these kind problems cause loosened making it harder to balance and are there any places for this near wisconsin or minasota.

Danielle, could we also throw in some mild lower lumbar scoliosis for good measure, assuming that the curvature happens because of the instability in the hips?

Yes, we can throw scoliosis in for good measure! :) :) :) It can affect the hips as part of the kinetic chain effect. We do see people who get prolo for the areas of the spine with scoliosis-related pain. Prolo doesn't reverse the scoliosis, but it can be helpful for the pain.

Danielle, I have been somewhat diagnosed with SIJ instability on the right side which is the cause of my LBP (Had a nerve block and SIJ belt helps) plus I have many of the symptoms to corroborate this. I also seemingly have LLD in the left leg (Scanogram measured 1.2cm longer) hip is higher on the left side and foot/ankle pronates in, this LLD is causing compensation patterns up the chain i.e scoliosos and muscle tightness where the body is fighting the pelvic tilt/torsion. What I cant seem to get to the bottom of is; 1. Is my LLD causing my LBP, 2. Has my LLD caused wear on the SIJ ligaments as you suggested. There seems to be no way in testing the ligaments for instability so I cant get to a solution. Im so desperate after 8 years Im considering SIJ fusion just to see if it fixes the pain and then just get a heel lift. Any advice would be helpful

I HAVE HAD 3 LUMBAR SURGERIES, I WITH FUSION & HAVE SCIATICA. I SUSPECT SI & PIRIFORMIS. I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START.

I just had mr first prolotherapy session last week for cervical instability, brain fog, and dizziness. I have a question: Is it ok for me to continue to use a cervical traction sling I own to stretch my neck during the healing stages of prolotherapy?
