Explanation given does not answer "not falling" of load even if the load is (appearing) outside support point. It just explains how the forces are balanced assuming all members are coplaner (which are not coplaner in reality). See if below explanation convinces Without the inclined stick, plane of thread (and load) is on outer side of support point (by distance = radius of thread). Hence it applies moment on the support stick and falls if suport stick is not held adequately. While "inserting" the inclined stick, the horizontal stick gets pushed inside little bit and plane of thread below horizontal stick shifts little inside and brings in line of (or behind) support point making moment zero which prevents the fall.

Actually the more relevant torque analysis here should be for the matchstick resting on the table which doesnt fall down. The torqu from the table and the second inclined matchstick balance out

Actually the main role in the trick is of the third stick which pushes the free end of the stick on table upwards and the string from which the bottle hangs backwards, increasing the tension in the string. These internal forces produce the torque necessary to counterbalance the torque due to weight of the bottle. The diagram showing this will be in a plane perpendicular to to diagram shown in this video.

Not really. The horizontal stick is under compression and it resists bending by pushing against the vertical stick vertically and that counterbalance the moment from the bottle
