@@alansmith4655 All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Due to our sin. Hell is the punishment .“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭21‬:‭8‬ ‭KJV‬‬ but Jesus who is God. Came down to earth as a man lived a perfect life never sinned people got jealous of him got him convicted on false charges then he died buried and resurrected Remember how I said our sin is why we can’t go to heaven? The only thing that can wash away your sins in the blood of Jesus “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.” Roman’s 5:8-9 KJV So to get saved is super easy “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast.” ‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭2‬:‭8‬-‭9‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Salvation is a free gift by faith alone. You can’t earn it by going to church, getting water baptized, or by any good thing you do. “For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death.” 2 Corinthians‬ ‭7‬:‭10‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Then you just have to feel guilty and sorry for being a sinner and repent for being a sinner. Do you feel guilty for being a sinner? If you do then there’s just one final step. “that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭10‬:‭9‬ ‭KJV‬‬ Pretty much all you have to do is tell God out loud with your mouth that you believe the gospel. That’s it super simple. You MUST mean it from your heart to work. You can pray something like this “dear God i repent as a sinner. i believe jesus is God, who died, buried, and ressurected, so his blood can wash away my sins. so i only trust in the blood alone to save me not my good works. Save me from hell in jesus name i pray amen” If you meant it your saved!

Its so refreshing to see these super big dudes actually lifting with good technique. I see so many people argue that you should just go heavy and not worry about the form because thats what big bodybuilders used to do, thats kind of what Sam Sulek does etc. and that science based lifters are always small. It looks like in reality, the biggest bodybuilders are actually lifting with good, science based technique, its just that many science based lifters want to stay natural and therefore dont usually get crazy big like these dudes.

I'm guessing quite a few people know who he is. He is one of the bigger presences in the fitness community. Also, a lot of them seem like genuinely nice people, so they'll at least entertain the idea when it's coming from someone else genuinely nice.

Science-based lifting is awesome! i use it alot on the muscles group where i lack.. but i see so many smaller guys using science-based lifting TOO MUCH that they dont push themselfs or lift heavy because they are worried so much about form. if we can find a middle ground its amazing but some people hyper focus on form which is just bad. People think the body can't handle shiit and everything has to be strict. i love this kind of video style! love to see it again

This is such cool stuff, Jeff. I also think it's extremely positive that you pose without any issues next to people much bigger than you and you give them kudos etc. I think it's good for people that are struggling with their self-image to realize that you should focus on your improvement and not always feeling small because you see others bigger than you. Thumbs up also to all the pros who were so friendly and cool 👍👍💪💪💪💪

@@carlodonn8983 Most of his advice is pretty bad. Like, if you're training 6 days a week on PPL, Upper Body, etc. and all of your exercises put the muscle in a deep stretch, there's far too much fatigue. The best split to follow is a 3-6x a week HSP Full Body. Jeff just isn't as knowledgable as people think he is.

I don't understand the hate for Jeff. Dude is a pretty solid guy. I don't care what anyone thinks....Jeff taught me to hold the barbell. I ain't listening shit. I think that people kind of get taken aback when they hear the term science. Those science based youtubers make the mistake of discounting human emotions from a training perspective ( taking logic to its extreme in training perspective) which kinda annoys people since gym is a recreational activity for most of people. Since, Jeff also uses the term science a lot, he also gets mistaken for belonging to the same category which isn't true at all. He has the physique, strength and carrier to speak for himself unlike those other science based yotubers. He also clearly states in his videos to take his advice with a pinch of salt. Although, Jeff has recently emphasized on "Science" a lot. He can still do most of his videos without putting science in them. He has enough experience to speak for it.

Im trying to find a new training method. I did the toad medicine, and I always trained with anger and aggression. That it got me injured and my ego sky high because of being stronger than others. It effected me so much in my private life that I needed a change. I can't lift that heavy anymore because Im relaxed and no anger. I now want to feel good and this is the first time I ever felt happy in my life. From the inside. Gos bless you all and keep up the good work, Jeff!!
