Check Meowt! I’m sure that’s what a catfish could say, if they could talk. Anyway, in Nebraska we have catfish, and they are some of the most prominent known fishes in Nebraska- because of their whiskers, or barbells. And maybe because our state fish is a Channel Catfish. These fish are so weird, and yet so fascinating. Not only are they considered a game fish in Nebraska, but Catfish are also extremely diverse, not only in colors, sizes, and shapes, but also in habitats.
