@@Thecarguy2030 hi may i ask you about it because i was diagnose also with mild lvh & grade 1 dd..when you was diagnose with this kind of disease & how long before you reach the regression & most probably the reversal of this lvdd?i wish i may also reverse it but as of now i feel my prognosis is getting better all over the years..i juz take my bp under controll all the time

Grade 1 jyada severe nahi hota hai....infact ye kaafi common hai. Aur LVEF and Pro bnp bhi sahi hai. To jyaada risk nahi hai. Unka diet manage kiijiye aur agar kuch takleef lag rahi hai to cardiologist se consult kijiye.

Ejection Fraction 30% can be very serious. The normal ejection fraction is about 70%. You should get in touch with a cardiologist as soon as possible.

Yes, you can take some preventions like :- Reducing the amount of salt in your diet, Regular Walking, Managing body weight, take less stress. And yes, the condition is serious because the ejection fraction is low. If medication continues, it can be improved up to some extent.

Oxygen कम होना और सांस फूलना इसके लक्षण में ही आते हैं। Par agar saans lene me kaafi jyada takleef ho to bina der kiye aapko kisi cardiologist se milna chahiye kyoki ho sakta hai case grade 1 se aage jaa rha ho.
