I've been listening to subliminals in my sleep all year and I never saw much difference from them. I continued to hope and to read everyone's comments, but I was also questioning whether they are real or if it's just a fantasy. :) i used to have a big butt, but i used sublimnals to be very skinny. i didnt like the outcome because all the girls at my school are the opposite of that, in a good way, so i wanna fit in. DAY 1:

I listened for a few hours at night and in the morning and my face is so soft with barely any spots, my stomach is slightly flatter and my nose is smaller

update 1: last night i listened to this for about 30 minutes and my face and body was tingling non-stop update 2: although i dont look exactly like my desired face, i feel like i look exactly like it when im not looking in my reflection if that makes sense.
