The US armed forces emphasize training and education. They send enlisted men and women to college, and officers to earn Masters, PhDs, Juris Doctor, and Medical Doctor degrees. They get advanced education in history, science, and international relations, and foreign languages, and work overseas with soldiers of other nations. They learn advanced technical skills, such as piloting, sailing, and space technology. America's military are way smarter than average, and demonstrate it by succeeding in civilian life.

I was shocked since Oct 7th that the majority of Jewish Americans voted for Democrats. Its like they were voting because of the past right wing that was against Jews but ignoring the current democratic party with all the current Jewish hate. This same problem is in the black communities today but fortunately for both groups a lot of people are starting to see the true evil side.

Really it took October 7 for you to see how Jewish Americans vote for Democrats? Look at how many Jews are Democrats in Washington DC and some of them are Marxist Democrats, which makes them a Jewish Marxist almost as bad as George Soros! Jamie Raskin, Bernie Sanders, Chuck Schumer, just to name a couple.

I agree completely. It's maddening. If I merely mention Trump to family, they go off the rails. "Trump supports Nazis!" Drip fed MSNBC, so what would one expect.... he wasn't my ideal candidate, but I won't ever vote democrat again. It's a no-brainer that Trump is a friend of Jews and Israel and is good for America. We've lost our ability to project power, respect of our allies and enemies, and our foreign policy weakness put the world in a state of uncertainty and danger.

I'm confident of the baseline veracity of most of my beliefs for 2 simple reasons. One? I value knowing the truth over social acceptance. Which is rarer than albinism in our oversocialized post-modern world. (I have long since lost count of the number of times I've seen someone do a complete 180 on the spot in response to even slightest amount of disagreement.) Two? I value knowing the truth over my own happiness. Which... yeah. At least twice as rare as point one. (You take off both of those blinders? And you'll find you can read the world around you with *startling* accuracy.)

It is so hard to take a stand and be brave. I am a retired cultural Christian grandmother, and most of my friends have different views. My family understands my views, but are not happy for me to "openly" show support. I have been "cancelled" and judged by many friends I love. It is very hard. I couldn't do it if my children were young. I am emotionally exhausted.

Yep, they are in some seriously deep shitz right now. Especially with that absolute chyna & communist/marx worshipping wannabe dictator up there. And just like with cali's gruesome govenor and dementia joe's most likely puppet master bama, they all had highly regarded(by themselves) marx mentors. So many of the left's reps/senators/governors seem to have that in common. In the blink of an eye and a snap of his fingers sanfran was instantly sparkling, homeless moved & all cleaned up, wanting to make sure he impressed his idol in xi. Now joey on the other hand most likely had some of that as well, but his very regarded idol & mentor seems to be the deceased whyte supremacist and klan member. Who he gave a long speech(for his rotting brain) and heartfelt goodbye at the guy's funeral somewhere in his 1st year as "the big guy". But marx/commie mentors seems to be somewhat of a very common "coincidence".

So in between medical stuff I'm gonna knock/call/email/etc. neighbors surrounding neighborhoods. Feel like there's a chance here but it'll at least be MUCH lower numbers this time. And because it really does seem like an extremely make or break situation Our Country is in, it may not be a lot for more capable people but gotta try. This is just too important(but in a bad way) of a time in Our Country, after too long things don't turn around without Way more drastic measures. People confuse cowardice with self preservation and the recognition that our reactions need to be modulated to avoid making catastrophic errors. In a kill or be killed scenario, priorities are clear and instinctual. Few people ever face this in modern life unless you put yourself in extraordinary situations. Gad is so right that we usually don't wake up to the threat until it's at our personal doorstep. Often then it's too late to take action. He's also correct that those with the courage to stand up among the naysayers and warn of the threat in our midst with those words falling on deaf ears. Churchill started warning about the looming disaster of the Soviet Union in the 1920s. His Parliamentary colleagues pooh poohed his warnings until it was too late. It was a beautiful day today. I spent it with friends. Everything seemed so peaceful and wonderful. That's how it was in Israel leading up to October 7th. Then, without warning, in a single day, everything changed. The same thing could easily happen here. Looks can be very deceiving. It's simple human nature to be lulled into a false sense of security and comfort, then boom! Think of the peaceful morning in Pearl Harbor on December 7th, or in lower Manhattan or at the Pentagon on September 11th. Be prepared!

It is my experience that people will not say or do anything until they get bit in the a**. Of course it's too late then to do anything. It's like the story of Noah. Noah went and told the people about the impending flood and he was laughed out of town. When he went and started building the great ship, people came to mock him, hurdling insults at him. Then, when the rain and flood finally came, they all cried and screamed about it and 'PLEEEEEEASE HEEELP MEE" Well, too late. Since then people haven't changed at all. For well over 20 years I've been talking to people till I was blue in the face, showing them this is going on and so and so is happening, showing them proof. The result: "Ah okay" and "oh yeah sure, whatever..." Now, our Republic, along with western democracies are facing their inevitable downfall and we're all standing right at the edge of the cliff and people will still not stand up. For European nations this doesn't surprise me, given their history of always living under some kind of dictatorial regime or another and the Europeans just have it in their DNA to basically shut up and do as they're told. Here in the US however, the American people always had that revolutionary spirit of not tolerating tyranny. They used to have a sense of morality, a good understanding of right and wrong. Looks to me as if all that has at some point been flushed down the toilet and now the American people tolerate just about anything, no matter how radical, illegal or immoral, even the elimination of their rights and liberties seems to be okay. All I can say is God, thy will be done

Ah hell man, it's still a noble thing to do, volunteer for a possible life-ending job. Even if they were behind the scenes darkly led operations, you service is still appreciated. And Yes, a whole hell of a lot has to be done in all the branches to clean out the sickness. From top Down. More men are recognizing what's actually going on and why they're out in jungle/forrest/desert in the 1st place. Big reason the recruitment #'s are way down. And if dementia joe and company along with uniparty rinos get us into an even bigger, world type war and try and start a draft....they're done. It'd take centuries to get that trust back thru only valid/justified conflicts of need/survival. Hopefully this admin doesn't explode the already very fragile state of this country and the world. But thank you for raising your hand and taking The Oath. Something our Corrupt as hell "leaders" better learn really F'n soon. Best wishes

I'm not sure relocating to Florida is the answer for Prof. Saad, although it's probably far better than Canada. I'm European and I lived in Florida for 5 years up to about 12 or so years ago and it wasn't a happy experience. The weather was my biggest beef. Hurricane season lasts from May to December and I used to live in constant fear of inclement weather, be it hurricanes, tropical storms, tornadoes and the daily deluge of rain that never failed. Then there's the cultureless element that makes you feel like you're in a concrete jungle; every corner of each block is pretty much the same. For us Europeans, it's a huge culture shock, so I don't know what it's like for Canadians. Another negative is that it's one of the most expensive states in the USA, I believe it's rated third after California and New York. The only plus I can see is that in today's political climate, Florida is by far better than communist Canada and other blue American states. Just my opinion and I'm sure not everyone will agree with me, but that's how I felt. I couldn't wait to get back to my home country in Europe and won't ever go back as a resident again.

Nah, there are plenty places where one would just feel out of their world's in many different ways. But do betcha you'd find it almost/close to being "at home" somewhere in the US. there's smaller areas, places up in mountains/plains/artic/etc. Lots of older areas that still have the more individual styles and such. But generally yes, the country lacks somewhat in how much pleasing things like architecture and beautifully/uniquely designed cities. For our size and resources there should be more of that, areas more connected to the places history, cultures and such. And Florida specifically is just always gonna be quite expensive because of it's realestate with a coastline that nearly surrounds the entire state. And especially recently & right now, with HUGE numbers of new customers & citizens(actual ones/legally) that moved there in last 5yrs or so. Got even more $$$, but land, a home or business was always an expensive thing there. Well, hope it wasn't too much of a bad experience for you & you come back just to visit. How many different states did you take vacations to or lived in while you were here? Anyways, best wishes for a good future in your country or wherever ya end up. That's one place I'd like to take more vacations to, Europe. Been to Lots of different areas, states and cities all over the US and have done a bit in southern Asian countries. And lived in Singapore for a few yrs. So definitely want to take in various European culture.

@@mrt2this607 Thank you so much for your feedback. I always welcome different perspectives. I did actually visit one other state, Pennsylvania. I actually found it to be nicer than Florida although the weather was bad in its own way, as I visited in the dead of winter. It was snowy and very cold. Culturally speaking, however, it was more interesting. I will definitely visit the USA on holiday. Holidays, however, are vastly different from actually living in a country. You experience life in its entirety, including cost of living and cultural norms. My country is Malta. It's a small island in the Mediterranean. We have very mild weather here and a lot of history is crammed into our small space. Could be one of the reasons why the size of and distances in the US was so daunting to me. ☺

For some reason it really bothers me when Dave says first they come for the Saturday people, and then they come for the Sunday people. Where has Dave been living for the last 6 decades or so? There has been a coordinated attack on Christian beliefs in this country to the point where you can't even share those values in a church without scorn. Yes people have been against the Jews, but those people were looked down upon and treated as outcasts to society. The desire to rip the Christian soul out of this country by the mainstream and many of the institutions has been out in the open and even cheered by some of those people that now cry for the Saturday people. You are not only late to the party Dave, you wrote the wrong kid's name on the card

They spend 4-8 years conforming. Education is not a sign of intelligence, it's a sign of how well you follow the rules. Academia is a collection of rule followers.
