Hello, you have entered the fourth stage of your sleep cycle. Though it may seem like you’ve only been asleep for a second, you’ve been transiting into a deeper stage of sleep for the last 90 minutes. The moment you fell asleep, the ventrolateral preoptic nucleus in the hypothalamus and the parafacial zone in the brain stem began slowing your brain waves and relaxing your muscles. When these cells become active, it triggers a loss of consciousness as you move through the four stages of sleep. You are now in the Rapid Eye Movement stage, or REM Sleep. Your muscles are now paralyzed and you will begin reenergizing your body’s cells, clear waste from your brain, strengthen memory, regulate mood, appetite, libeto, and also dream. You may now select the dream you wish to experience.

Dreams are highly underrated. You have this biological simulation that feels exactly like real life and in most cases you wake up with amnesia about it when you wake up. If you don't pay attention to your dreams you're missing out on some amazing experiences

I actually tend to enjoy most of my nightmares. Instead of just running away i'm usually fighting whatever monster, demon ect thats after me. I actually have a storyline going on about it

the nightmares are scary in the present but when I wake up I think to myself how interesting they tend to look. Like a horror movie except its catered to my tastes, granted I have to experience in biological VR at first lol.

My greatest nightmare is the world I wake up in. Though it thankfully improves every passing day. I'd rather a nightmare where the impossible becomes possible, than a reality where nothing seem attainable. (Though I'm sure there's the odd nightmare which could well be worse. More talking on average.

It’s the same for me, I exclusively have nightmares 98% of the time, including hypnagogic hallucinations, sleep paralyzes and panic attacks. Most nights are a Horror-Freak Show for me, but I’ve grown so strong through that, it’s incredible. Ive learned to control the most basic and instinctual fear we humans have.

I just woke up from a nap. In my short dream I was at work but seriously worried about the way my arm kept moving without knowing what was going on. Woke up and my kitty was laying on my arm and giving herself a bath. That movement became my dream and also my worry. Crazy how our brains work.

Dreams are snapshot that your short term memory takes during the waking hours and at night process them mix in with your thoughts and your emotional fears, while you sleep the brain get rid of the snapshots that are not useful and keeps those that are in your long term memory. That's why dreams are convoluted.

If the multiverse theory is correct and every possible outcome is happening, what if sleep and dreams are when we move to the next dimension of our path? Dreams are, maybe, just a distraction while this is taking place

I’ve always thought dreams were a peak into another realities you. Infinite realities, infinite possibilities all happening at once. And we’re all connected to “each others” consciousness. And when you go to sleep you shift realities for a bit. Observe what is going on in other realities you’s life. I’m never anyone else in a dream.

Awesome and interesting video. I agree most with the third dream theory. My subconscious brain is far more clever and can trick and terrify me especially when it adds sleep paralysis and makes me think I am awake

For me dreams are nothing special. I usually dream of the things I saw during the day. I do have to say though that I rarely notice that I dream, so dreaming enables me to relax. Something I am not able to do during the day. In my teenage years I had sleep paralysis though which wasn't very relaxing...
