Scoggins Dam - Virtual Public Meeting - Part 1

2 ай бұрынThe Bureau of Reclamation intends to prepare an environmental impact statement (EIS) for the Scoggins Dam Safety Modifications project in the Tualatin basin, Oregon. The purpose of the project is to improve public safety by reducing risk associated with severe seismic loadings, while continuing to meet authorized project purposes. Reclamation is proposing to reduce the risk of dam failure by raising the dam crest, constructing a downstream shear key, creating a new spillway, and placing additional berm material over the existing dam.
Scoggins Dam and its reservoir, Henry Hagg Lake, are in southwestern Washington County, 5 miles southwest of Forest Grove, Ore., and 25 miles west of Portland, Ore. Reclamation invited public comments to identify issues or alternatives to be considered in EIS development during a 30-day public scoping from Jan. 25, 2024, to Feb. 26, 2024. Reclamation a held virtual public meeting on Feb 13, 2024. This is the first meeting.

Being able to give them extra water or extra atmosphere being able to control the motions of it to off switch different placements of gravity like I think it's even possible that you could put in different heat molecules from different summer of rotations learning how to store in or store out

Hey so on all the turbine screws and everything did you initially start whatever computer spread to any all-terrain difference with it to understand different pressure rotation growth axis latitude and longitudes I want to try to use it like a 2040 a 6080 a rotation spread placement not just as one solid base material but as a multidirectional base material and also to understand which farms are doing what being able to coordinate that without interfering in the forms

Do you think you'll screens play the correct timing or the correct gear to death ratio because I keep clocking these on threes or these sevens and I'm missing all for lot of stuff
