It is basically the Hall of the Mountain King music with an Inspector Gadget theme remix. The Inspector Gadget theme sounds different form this. The Hall of the Mountain King music does not have the voices add-on such as 'This is the police speaking....this club is closed...forever!'. So it is basically a remix and not what you say as fake music as everyone complains about in here! I have heard this song since the 90's and the cd contains 'Inspector Gadget techno remix' title as part of the cd album.
