Thanks for the laughs. It is good for guys to visually see the results of 10% ethanol left in a small engine. Had it happen to me with a boat motor which is why I only use non-ethanol gas in my Ruckus. Where you were fortunate is the ethanol did not cause you to change the fuel filter. 1 small tip, there are no phillips head screws on the Ruckus. Rather there are JIS (Japanese Industrial Standard) screws. Lots of guys strip out the Carb screws trying to use a phillips screwdriver. My Ruck is an old retired guys normal in town transportation unless I need to carry something heavy requiring the truck. Harley is for the highways which at my ahe is becoming less frequent. I own a 2022 now full stage 2 EVI instead of CDI plus performance carb, clutch & rear shock. My normal above curb weight is around 240 & the Ruckus rear shock bottoms out at 220 going over a crack in the sidewalk. That is with underseat bag with lock & cable plus a front barrel bag filled with small handtools & sunglasses. I also added a real rear carrier cabable of holding 110lbs. I cruise 44/46mph all day long which is 10mph faster than the Ruck cruised pure stock. Thanks again for the laughs.

What if it revs up but only touching the 2 bolts with metal will turn it over? And when it starts and runs its a little choppy for the first few minutes. Also, it only does this if it sits for at least a few hours. New spark plug didnt change anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Replace the fuel pump because the gas tank is in the floorboard and it has to pump it to the carburetor uphill Honda Ruckus are the worst for fuel pump issues

I can kikstart...but cant use the starter..sum times it turns over wen starting with automatic starter/ but other times she dont start with automatic starter😕why? Brought her in few times they cant seem to fet this right...$$$$$later...piss me off

the fuel pump on the honda rokus always be the problem it need to be gravity the should not be there. I raised trhe tank up and it worked better, so I now it works better with it hihger without the pump.
