I don’t think he did that to her. I believe he was probably paid (money/drugs) to drag her to where she was found. The logistics of him wrapping someone in a sleeping bag and then a plastic garbage bag from a motorized wheel chair seems kind of impossible. I believe someone else did it and is using this situation as time to distance themselves. When have you seen a crack head do something precisely?! The way she was wrapped shows the real suspect was clear minded. Not under the influence. Again, I think this man is being used as a decoy by the real suspect!
