with the 2nd one. when defending team win ball back, do they start the attack from GK? as if they continually win back in mid section, defenders aren't in the game much? cheers

For the three zone game? I would let the team score in transition if it's less than 6 seconds... any more time and they would have to re-start, which they typically would if it's over six seconds. Hope that helps!
