"Luka is below average defensively" - Luka is 7th in steals, top 5 among gaurds in blocks and in defensive efficiency inside the 3 point line, top 40 in win shares. Sounds like Chris Mannix didn't do his research.

This year's Knicks team reminds me sooooo much of the 2016-17 Isaiah Thomas (30 ppg) led Celtics team that got crushed by LeBron in the Easter. Conference Finals. Undersized star scoring point guard surrounded by good role players but having to carry almost the entire scoring load.

Your guy green was garbage on defense. He was in no man's land on help defense. Say what you want about Klay (I personally think he can still playbut will have to change his game), but the Warriors defense has been subpar for 2 seasons. Who's their number one person on defense now that Klay is no longer on that level? Crickets. They need to get a better defensive coach and players who can buy in on playing defense. Otherwise they'll be in the same position next season whether Klay is there or not.

If shai wins mvp it’ll be another year where a guy shouldn’t have won it and gets bounced early in the playoffs.
