Thankfully I gave up Alcohol almost 4 years ago, and with food I've learned my emotional triggers. I exercise up to 6 times a week and meditation has helped me realise Mr Cancer is not worth the upset and anxiety. Definitely walking away and focusing on me and my financial abundance 🙏🏼

Definitely overindulging in SLEEP. When I don’t want to do life I just convince myself it all pauses while I’m asleep when it, in fact, gets worse and then I sleep more to avoid that 🥲🤦🏽‍♀️
