fiona marsh There are a couple of Captain Marvels in Marvel, but there is one in dc. But he came after Marvel’s first CM, so DC had to change their CM’s name to Shazam.

DC's Captain Marvel is the original, with him actually being created by Fawcett Comics who DC sued saying Captain Marvel was a rip off of Superman (he wasn't but his popularity eclipsed Supes at on time) and DC would later buy Fawcett Comics. the Captain Marvel name trademark went up for grabs as DC wasn't using him and Marvel swooped in with the creation of Captain Marvel the kree super hero. this is why DC's Captain Marvel's comics are called SHAZAM! now

TJ STEELER Its way more plausible than what happens in the comics. Everyone goes to the "super" tailor. Seriously everyone from heroes to villains. They just chill in the waiting room. The store is supposed to be like Switzerland, a neutral zone.

I always thought this too with superheroes, there are plenty of times where they just happened to have a ridiculously well-made costume. Personally my biggest achievement with a needle and thread is a teddy bear.
