Today I'm doing a review of the EXO-T120 motorcycle helmet from Scorpion USA.
I'll be covering some modifications I performed to the helmet, my thoughts on the fit and finish and a way to save some money on upgrading the stock visor to a pinlock visor. I'll also cover the Sena C10 communication device and camera I have installed on my EXO-T1200.
You can find this helmet on Revzilla which is where I purchased mine.
The EXO T1200 Helmet was built as a top-tier option. The Scorpion EXO-T1200 Freeway helmet comes equipped with the AirFit system that allows for the most optimized comfort levels for long periods on the highway. Additional features include a SpeedView internal dark smoke drop-down sun visor. That's nice for sunny days and allows you to deploy on the fly. The stock visor is not Pinlock ready so upgrades will be necessary. The helmet is DOT/ECE 22.05 safety certified. The Freeway graphic adds a bit of visual texture to the standard solid option for riders who are looking to add a bit of style that is uniquely their own.

Nice review. I always used a full face helmet back when I rode. I rode for 30 years but I retired when I moved to the beach. Traded in for a boat. Do miss it occasionally though.

Very nice if i get a motorcycle again i will keep that in mind i miss riding i built a lot of toys back in the day be safe and be well

Great review Brother! I like that brands styles a lot. Thought about getting one as a second bucket to have. Think I will now. Much cheaper than my RF 1200. Just the transition lens was 200.00 🤦🏻‍♂️ for that one. Looks just as comfortable too. Removable inserts is the way to go as well.

i thought i was only HD rider wearing a Scorpion! 😂 i have a T1200 Alias blk/hi-viz. i really like the fit & features of this helmet but have 3 gripes: the top stripe, hi-viz color is seriously fading from sun exposure (i ride a lot), i have to ride with the shield vented all the time bc it fogs unless it's cracked open, and it's surprising loud - and i wear earplugs. Note: i do wonder if some of the wind noise is created by the Sena 20s...

FYI: if you reach out to revzilla and tell them what helmet you have it’s likely they do have a pinlock compatible shield you can buy along with a pinlock. I did that on this one and it hasn’t fogged up since. Ran about $75 for both pieces but well worth it IMO.

Excellent review. My wife and I are looking into communication units for our helmets. Any other suggestions that you have will be greatly appreciated.

The Blue Line Pipe Sena is the industry standard. 20S is a good all around model. I haven’t found one that sounds great with music but for helmet to helmet communications the sena seems to be the de facto standard. I have the 10c which also has a camera for recording your ride. All the features of the others but can do a video blog or two.
