Got stuck in this Ex Scottsdale Scorpion on my Monday route. Arm was acting up all day hence why it was going down so slow.

folks dont recycle cause its too much work to sort everything and their lazy and they just dont give a sht lol same with yard waste folks think they dump whatever they want inside then they call and bitch cause it wasnt dumped and the can will sit by the curb for weeks so the arm issue is that a issue with the pump or a bad hose
