I 'm listening this song every day many times and can't without this song really. Thanks for the music best with the best song best vocal which had made from the soul and don' t let go... Don't releases this song from the captivity... I 'm in the delight from this song and can't enjoy of this song. Can't to hear enough of this song many months especially now (from the russ war in Ukraine when are every day the bombardments). Thanks for the music best to all of you. I wish to all of you with peaceful sky over head and happiness for the next life more health and more years of life with the freedoms and rights in the democratic world... If you mean the beautiful one that Ralph created with the graphics, that wasn't his voice...it's the voice of another artist that Ralph told me about a year ago, but I can't remember now. sigh... sorry

Cristy,,,,,the picture above was that before Matthias joined as i dont see him in the group?that can not be him next to James Kottack as he has no hair and matthias does ,, nor can he be next to Ruddi, is Ralph Rieckeman in the lineup,and, do you know what year this is please and now ive just read that Rieckerman was in to snuff parties jesus christ

No my dear Rebecca, that is Matthias. They were into trying a different style to be in line with the times and the different album that they recorded; E2E. Klaus even went without a hat during this time, although he is wearing one for this photoshoot; and you saw his bald head as well. What you don't see is that Matthias also dyed his hair blue. LOL Ralph is at the end of the line, with the only long hair. But then I guess neither Matthias nor Klaus liked their bald look cuz shortly after, they started wearing hats and we have never seen them without them ever since. Personally, I do not like the bald look and have always said that I didn't like it. I even told Matthias I didn't like it. ha As for the snuff parties, you would be surprised what all rock stars get themselves into....and not just Ralph hun. ;) I hope that helps your questions. Because Scorpions refused it for the album and years later, someone got ahold of the unreleased recording and posted it. I don't know how they got it but they did and now the whole world has fallen in love with it. BUT Scorps will never release it IMHO, even now.

It was promoted long before the show on all fan pages (well over 100 on FB) and Scorps own FB page and Twitter. I know many who went. I am sorry you missed it, maybe they will come back. ??

I understand but Frank, it's where everything and everyone is now. However unfortunate for those who are not on social media, it seems that you will miss out on things like the promo for Scorps coming to Australia, all the time. As for contacting Klaus, I don't have a way to do that I'm afraid, but you can email Matthias at mj@matthiasjabs.de to say hi and to come back to your country. ;) Good luck, he is very hard to contact at times. Just keep at it.

With lifelong respect for my boys, I still have to let it be known that back then, their egos got to them and because the dynamic duo of Schenker/Meine were not involved, they rejected it. That is a lesson learned cuz they would have to admit today that this would have made them a lot of money as a single. But they wouldn't have gotten the writer's royalties. smh When I asked Matthias about it, he would not discuss it with me....which told me that it's a sore subject. sigh... he wouldn't even tell me who the lead was. I usually know MJ's style but this was back in the 90s and Rudolf's style may have been more fluid like Matthias'.

We actually wrote another one called "Emerald Nights" that The Scorpions also recorded the same time we wrote this one. I'll have to dig it out or see if Ralph has it...

Nice one... but I prefer Rieckermann's version. I guess it was not included in the Pure Instinct album because of the "monopoly" Schenker/Meine. It could've been one of their best ballads...
