Kevin I also have plantar fasciitis I got orthotics for my trainers. Also try birkenstock sandals put them when first getup try not to walk in bare feet. I know Birkenstocks pricey but work for me no pain now.

Kevin have ever considered coming to Cheltenham for the races a brilliantly atmosphere live 5 miles away from the racecourse the crack is 90 love watching the helicopter's arrive from Birmingham airport with the money 😂 all packed for Málaga 😊
