Actor Scott Foley stars in the hit TV series 'Scandal.' He plays handsome Navy officer 'Jake Ballard.'
At the end of the last episode, he is being framed for the death of the son of the President of the United States.
Despite the seriousness of the series, there are plenty of scenes where he bares his chest.
"I work out a lot. I have a trainer. I eat healthy. I do everything I can because in "Shonda Land'-- Shonda Rhimes is the creator of our show and the name of the company-- you never know when you're going to take off your shirt," said Foley.
