about 6 0r 7 years ago I was practicing at the 15 th st. bar and grill in auburn wa. When Rafael Martinez started practicing on the table next to me and his presence alone made me nervous and I have played next to Dan Louie , Rich Geiler, Ed Hobbs, Steve Smith and other great players and have never felt that before and I didn[t even know it was Rafael practicing next to me until someone told me later who he was.

I once watched Rafael make 9 3-cushion billiards in a row... Unfortunately, that only tied the score at 18, and Rafael went on to lose 50-32... in 25 innings.. lol.. To Dave Matlock.. Matlock averaged 2 billiards per inning, which is beyond world class..

People claim Scott Frost is such an asshole with a bad attitude. Me on the other hand, I’ve always looked up to his game and the way he changed one pocket. I think he’s always been a huge asset to pool and would love to meet him one day.

He's definitely a asset to the game no doubt about that but he does try to bully people and has a bad attitude. He has revolutionized the game and made it as popular as it is today but his personality leaves a lot to be desired

I met him at Turning Stone 9 ball Joss Tour event. He's very much a gentleman and a positive light for pool.

OMG, Scott didn’t change one pocket.. that style has been played since Ronnie Allen and Jersey Red, 60 years ago!.. I can’t count the number of great one pocket players I’ve sent Scott’s way, and they all got the cash, because Scott has his game way overrated..
