Glad you decided to make a video! How you get that elevator to work is to get in the Minecart and ride it up. You were halfway off the block when you did that so you were hitting the ceiling and that's why you couldn't go up.

noconz It's a weird thing that happened to my texture pack during the last update. Laziness has prevented me from fixing it lol
