Scot is the best realist historical, military, geographical and geopolitical commentator in alternative media or media in general. With that said, he needs a trip to Asia to have a wholistic view that will only make him an even better analyst. I like what Scott is saying about his plans into expanding the knowledge of what American's understand about Russians and what Russians understand about Americans, I have had Russian friends and love them they are just like us, want the same things and very capable people well educated etc. I went to electronics school after the Navy my teacher was a Russian he made the entire thing understand able I was the top of the class because his passion to teach mathematics. The reason is - Kagan is a noble title used by Momgol, Turki, Tatar and Russians, But most importantly it was used by rulers of Khazar empire, The title is derived from Khan, and that title waoused to rule Ukraine! Khagan means king of kings. Russia under Svyatoslav I defeated Khazar Kaganate in 969, and it never recovered. Svyatoslav’s symbol was God Odin Runic symbol, as Russiabs were very much cohabitation with Norway and had famiky links. What suprised me was to see the same symbilol on Russian military trucks and tanks. In Kharkiv. Is it saying they are fighting against return if Khazat Kaganate. ? And judging the obsession Victoria Nuland had with Russia. - Looks like some kind of messaging is going on.
