Well it is in some dictionaries, but it's part of non-official, common-speak type of language, which means you will have to wait some editions for it to get properly grounded as non-casual word.

He asked for a definition and the first response attempted to define this nonsensical word by using that same word as part of its own definition. That's not how definitions work. An explanation of something that can't avoid self reference is not objectively informative or useful. If somebody doesn't know what something is and someone gives them an explanation like that, they still won't know what it is because it hasn't actually been clearly defined yet.

@@Ash_6614 African-American Vernacular English, it's a sociolect developed and spoken by African-Americans, recently there's been a lot of terms that have been "stolen" from this variety of english and used as "internet slang" even though it originated from AAVE. And that's a bit of an issue because oftentimes speaking AAVE will be a disadvantage when it comes to education and jobs, so taking words from AAVE because they "sound cool" can be problematic since for a lot of people that is the language they grew up with and that they were told they shouldn't/couldn't use outside of their communities and now it's all over the Internet and people don't even know the origins of the terms they're using. So just be mindful of that i guess and maybe google it and read some stuff about it if you want to
