Scott Adkins just started working in the wrong decade. Imagine if he was an actor in the 80s or eraly 90s. He'd easily become an action cinema icon.

@@northernblade977 he got into roles in big movies like Dr Strange, Grimsby, Criminal...etc but sadly he was always wasted and played the first henchman to die or the first guy from the swat team to get wasted anyway Hollywood always found a way to waste his talent. If this guy was working in the Canon period he would've been a megastar just like his idol JCVD.

What makes Scott special isn't the fact that he's a real life super skilled martial artist of note only as well as being a legendary action movie star (thanx Boyka and others! ), but also one can't help picking up on the aura of humility (and authenticity) that he seems to carry as a person. Such a great human being.

You can see when Scott does a kick it's literally half speed, the accuracy and control from start to finish makes it easy to see how fast he could really go

Ginger Ninja Trickster I injured my shoulder couple days ago and decided to do some more kick training instead immediately started going to your videos again decide to take a month off of any punching until October and here I am watching your videos and immediately demonstrating everything I see you do I have a 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo

Scott Adkins may be a trickster (as in tricking martial arts, flips and such), but he's the only screen martial artist who knows how to throw a PROPER round house kick. I've never even seen MMA fighters do it correctly.

You guys are easily impressed if you thinks he's the best on the planet. He's great no argument there. But don't give me that bs that he's faster or better then Bruce Lee. Lol Then don't forget Donnie yen Tony Jarr Michael jai white Hk woo Jet li when he was in his prime. There's actually a ton of shaolin monks I've trained with that can easily match Scott. I use to do XKT for a year then I stopped because my father changed working shifts no one could take me and things just whent wrong that time so I'm training from what I rember and I train myself thru videos movies and all that so I recently found this KZfaq channel of Scott adkins my top favourite fighter and I've been practicing some of he's kicks and when I master all those techniques I'm thinking of finishing my kickboxing soon

keeping the turn momentum is crucial to maintaining power in a kick, so always think about how u position your body to get the most power out of it. Love this stuff :D

Mr Adkin you absolute legend loved watching this we need another undisputed I've been a huge fan for years expendables, Ip man, American assassin was absolutely brilliant Hercules 2014 with Kellan Lutz the list goes on and on you are a workhorse and I put you in a top 5 martial artists of all time along with Jet Li Donnie Yen and Bruce lee
