This is a hotel review of the Delta Toronto Downtown by Marriott Hotel. The hotel is located right in downtown Toronto within a short walking distance to the CN Tower and the Scotiabank Arena. The hotel also is accessible by the indoor PATH system which connects to Union Station. The hotel features a main restaurant, SOCO, along with conference rooms, two fitness centres, and a swimming pool. I also show off one of the rooms and provide a review.

Plush Hotel mate. You cannot beat a good rooftop resto/bar. Great facitilies too. Rooms look spacious and very comfy... And a toilet with a view 😁. Awesome in depth review 👍👌

The hotel was quite awesome, and I loved the location! I wish I would have been able to enjoy the rooftop patio, but it was a little too chilly! Oh well! Thanks for watching!

Parking and even driving around Toronto is very difficult. Me and most of my family seldom visit Downtown Toronto for those reasons and the rest of the province generally being cheaper to rent a hotel room in.

I totally agree with that. When I arrived in Toronto the first night to park at the parking garage underneath the hotel, I had to circle the block once, and it took a very long time to make a full circle. I can understand why two friends I met up with usually take the train in.

@@scottman895 Most Ontario residents who don't live or work in the vicinity of Downtown Toronto usually only visit for special events, work conferences and medical needs that can't be met in other cities. Toronto and Montreal are probably the only Canadian cities that are inconvenient to own a vehicle in.

I can believe that with the driving. That's why I only got in my car to either leave to head home or to head out to the suburbs on a Sunday. I briefly drove in Montreal last year, and it was not fun. I was glad to park at the hotel parking garage for the remainder of my stay in Montreal.

@@scottman895 I know plenty of people who refuse to drive in metro Detroit too.

I haven't heard too much about that, but Metro Detroit does have a lot of traffic especially at rush hour, and there are a lot of potholes everywhere.
