it's not easy Scotty, a little under a year ago I was in your position, for me to walk 3 ft took all my strengthen, I needed a crane to get in my wheel chair man I know what it's like but today I am almost back to my normal self, it gets better

My mate Sam dropped hard today on a bar bar air (he can do them). Boosted the hell out of it and ate it on the second bar when he slipped his hand. Dropped from like 12ft of the floor and smacked his head. Bit dizzy and confused but took it like a g 😂. Broke wrist screwed up his collar bone and chipped it. He is definitely gonna watch this vid so can I get some likes so on this comment so he definitely sees. Get well soon Sam 👊.

Such an inspiration no matter how much success he has had just a simple thing we have taken for granted like sitting down.. he's gonna feel and know he's a champ at doing it! Prayers out to you! Your an inspiration for use all man. I broke my back in a motorcycle accident and the road was long and bumpy to recovery. Standing on our own again was an awesome feeling and accomplishment. Glad to see it Scotty, thanks for sharing it with us.

I feel your pain Scotty. Going into my freshmen year of high school I broke my neck and was in the hospital for 6 months relearning how to walk. And now I'm back to riding along with being the 3x state champ for wrestling. You are my inspiration for a lot of what I'm doing now, because I know what your going through and I know for a fact you'll be back to winning gold medals at x games by next year for sure. Keep it bro💯💯💯

It's awesome to see the progress each time with Scotty. I was in a physical therapy place for a few weeks, when I had my left leg amputated below the knee, I know it's not the same, but Scotty is doing so amazing.

that's amazing scotty, I'm so glad you're recovering well. I broke my collarbone and you're a huge inspiration to me. I mean your injury is far worse and your dealing with a lot more. but it's hard for me to go back go work while I'm still healing and you're the reason I'm okay with it. keep it up scotty, you're an inspiration to us all!

Everyone's body is different. There are people who need animal proteins in their diet, and others who are strappin' vegan athletes. He's healthy and strong...it's just the effects of atrophy after the accident, since he can't be active yet. Remember that there was a chance that he'd be paralzyed for life, so try to keep things in perspective.

I myself AM a meat eater. you guys, its pretty pathetic that you would even leave any negative comments on this page about someone who is fighting tremendously to get their life back. support him in anyway if you're a true fan! so what if he's a vegan!

+Randomchannel That isn't true. A well rounded vegan diet can give you oodles of protein, no matter who you are. Look up Patrik Baboumian. He's a world class power lifter with multiple world records and he eats nothing but plants! I eat meat myself, but I think plant based is the healthiest route.

I got emotional watching thus Scotty we love you man! you're making so much progress. you'll be back on your bike in no time. you're an inspiration to me. to never give up on what I have my mind set on, you've touched all of us and shown us the hardest time in life. and you're literaly getting back up and going at it again. love you man you'll get there soon.
