Hi Scotty is lovely to see you up and about so much better, you you have gained so of your weight back here is some food that may help as my son tells me you don't eat meat . For iron eat cook green banana cook like a potato - cornmeal porridge (check KZfaq for ways to cook some great black chef there) plantin - salt fish fritters and last but not least Guinness punch. These food can be eaten as breakfast expect the green banana I hope this help I only cook in 100% coconut kin as Nan Greeley and healthy. Message to Big Boy I have enjoyed watching your progress and changing their color congrats on 950 viewers.🌟

Big Boy seem to be down on his flair when compared to Matty's. But technically Matt doesn't get upside down, it is more of a flat 540 than a flair. Both are great tricks. I would love to be able to spend time at Woodward. It seems like it would be a great place to dial in consistency or try something new.(Go for more air Big Boy)
